The UK Hydrographic Office will be withdrawing the ADMIRALTY H-Note App from app stores on 29 March 2024.
Following a review of our product portfolio and the way we manage incoming data, the decision has been taken to retire the ADMIRALTY H-Note App from 29 March 2024.
The ADMIRALTY H-Note App enables users to send the UKHO reports on suspected dangers to navigation or changes observed in aids to navigation using their mobile device. After 29 March 2024, the app will no longer be available to download for iOS or Android devices via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Submitting hydrographic notes
Users will still be able to inform us of any navigationally significant information by completing the relevant Hydrographic Notes forms and sending them to the UKHO via email. This includes information on new or suspected dangers, changes to information included in ADMIRALTY publications, changes to navigational aids, or suspicion of counterfeit products.
